Das Endergebnis war super aber als er angefangen hat mit dem Aufbau tat es bei paar Schritten sehr weh wie zum Beispiel beim Wegfräsen von meiner Nagelhaut,danach hab ich eigentlich an jedem Finger geblutet und das Feilen war mit Gewalt kann man schon sagen sonst bin ich komplett zufrieden

Horrible service. The guy was rude the whole time and filed my nails so hard and my fingers were all bleeding. The files are not sanitized and probably covered in everybody’s blood. Then they texted me to the number I booked the appointment to curse me out.

Horrible attitude and terrible technique. I told them they’re hurting me and the guy try to hand me the file and let me to do it myself. Eventually hurt three of my fingers to bleed while shaping and told me it’s my own fault for having thin skin. DON’T let that guy touch you.

I got my nails done there 4 times already, and its very good service. They talk with you about the design what would fit you and what not. The design always came out perfect. I’m happy to be a customer there:)

I got my nails done there for the first time three weeks ago. The result looked professional and really clean. It was high quality. But the result was not exactly what I requested and they have been done really roughly, like some of the previous comments say. Unfortunately, the man who did my nails was so careless and brutal towards my nails during the whole process, that they were hurting till the next day. Also, the communication was really difficult. Only the two women could speak a little English and German. Otherwise, they were not only talking in their mother tongue between each other, but more like yelling around. The music was also too loud. Concerning the prices, you can get for much cheaper in other nail salon in the city center. More friendliness towards your clients is highly required.

Always really nice nails that last 4 weeks without breaking, I do not speak German and they always been nice and easy to communicate with.

I had a very bad experience. The man was very rough on my nails.
